SoWashCo Schools in partnership with Homeland Health Specialists will be hosting a free vaccination clinic on March 21, 2023, at Park High School. 

The clinic will be open to Park High School (PHS) families from 1-3 p.m. and to the whole community from 3-6 p.m. Families are asked to register before the event, but walk-ins are also accepted. PHS parents/guardians do not need to present IF the consent form is completed in the online registration form.

Families can register to receive the following free vaccinations:

• DTaP (Under age 7)

• Tdap (Age 7 and older)

• Hep A

• Hep B

• Hib

• Meningococcal ACWY

• MMR 

• Polio

• Varicella
