Are you missing emails from your student’s school? They might be going to your spam folder by mistake. 

  • When logged into your email select your Junk/Spam folder to review messages marked as spam.

  • Search for and select any school emails falsely marked as spam and click 'Not Junk/Spam' in the notification bar.

School emails generally come from email addresses ending with:




If you aren’t receiving school emails and they aren’t in your spam folder you may have opted out/unsubscribed from school communications. 

If you have unsubscribed to, or opted-out of phone calls, text messages or emails from your child’s school or the district, you can resubscribe by following the steps below.

  • Check your contact information and communication preferences in Infinite Campus (Parent Portal)

  • Call 855-502-7867 and follow the prompts (available in English and Spanish) to opt-in to communications, if you've been accidentally opted out of phone calls

  • Send the message "START 833TXT" to the number 23177 if you've been accidentally opted-out of text messages

  • Contact the communications department at if you've been accidentally opted-out of emails or are in need of assistance
