Are you missing emails from your student’s school? They might be going to your spam folder by mistake.
When logged into your email select your Junk/Spam folder to review messages marked as spam.
Search for and select any school emails falsely marked as spam and click 'Not Junk/Spam' in the notification bar.
School emails generally come from email addresses ending with:
If you aren’t receiving school emails and they aren’t in your spam folder you may have opted out/unsubscribed from school communications.
If you have unsubscribed to, or opted-out of phone calls, text messages or emails from your child’s school or the district, you can resubscribe by following the steps below.
Check your contact information and communication preferences in Infinite Campus (Parent Portal)
Call 855-502-7867 and follow the prompts (available in English and Spanish) to opt-in to communications, if you've been accidentally opted out of phone calls
Send the message "START 833TXT" to the number 23177 if you've been accidentally opted-out of text messages
